CrewForged works for all trades — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, general contracting, garage door, landscaping, and more. When you sign up, you select your trade and CrewForged auto-configures job types, equipment types, and pricebook defaults for your industry.

Can my technicians use it on their phones?

Yes. CrewForged includes a full mobile experience for technicians. They can view their schedule, navigate to jobs, log parts used, take before/after photos, collect customer signatures, and accept payment — all from their phone. It works offline and syncs when connected.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Your customers access the customer portal through a personalized web link — no app download needed. They can view service history, pay invoices, check equipment warranties, manage memberships, and book new service from any device with a browser.

Does CrewForged handle accounting?

CrewForged handles operational financials — revenue tracking, job profitability, aging receivables, tech performance, and payroll display. For full accounting (GL, P&L, balance sheet), CrewForged connects to QuickBooks Online today, and to LedgerForged (our dedicated accounting platform) when it launches.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your business data is isolated from other customers using database-level Row Level Security (RLS) — not just application code. Payments are processed through Stripe (PCI DSS compliant). Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts. See our

What happens if I cancel?

Your data stays accessible for 90 days after cancellation so you can export everything you need. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
